Application scopes and effect

It is suitable for various cement mixing materials and cements of various grades.  Special grinding aids can also be customized according to different clinker mixing materials in each customer area to improve usage efficiency.  When the cement ratio remains unchanged, increase the blank cement by 3-6 MPa in 3 days and 5-10 MPa in 28 days.  When the cement quality remains unchanged, increase the mixed material by 6-10 percentage points.  Increase machine output by 10%-20%.

Usage method

Recommended usage method: RC-MY series masterbatch with one thousandth grinding aid: 34%-50%. The remaining water manufacturers can also mix sodium sulfate, sodium thiocyanate, sodium thiosulfate, etc. with the mother liquor according to the different needs of different cement qualities. The appropriate amount of inorganic materials can be adjusted to achieve the best results of high quality, high efficiency and energy saving, and better serve customers.
