Product Overview

RC-F series composite cement powder chlorine-free reinforcing agent is a powder grinding aid reinforcing agent processed by a variety of surfactants and chlorine-free inorganic materials through special processes.  It has many functions such as grinding aid and reinforcement.  The product complies with the requirements of “Cement Grinding Aid” (GB/T26748-2011).

 ① Scope of application: Applicable to cement of various varieties and strength levels in the general Portland cement standards.  ② Recommended dosage: 0.5%-2.5%.

Usage and precautions

Add 0.5-2.5% of the powder Reinforcement into the cement mill, and grind it together with clinker, gypsum, and mixed materials. The adding position can be on the belt conveying the grinding materials. The measuring equipment can be a measuring spiral or a small vibrator. Microcomputer measurement is available if conditions permit. The measurement must be accurate and added strictly according to the determined mix ratio.

After adding grinding aids, due to the accelerated material flow rate, the gradation of the grinding body and the parameters of the feeder should be appropriately adjusted to ensure product quality and the best condition of the mill.
